We are looking for an energetic person to join our team in the role of Office Manager/Bookkeeper. This role is a permanent position with an immediate start.

Salary to be negotiated based on qualifications and experience. For the right person, we offer flexible days/hours.

Responsibilities and duties of the position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with general office management of solicitors/admin staff
  • BAS, Payroll (including Wages processing, Superannuation lodgement & Payroll Tax Returns), End of Month Accounts, Bank recs, and general Bookkeeping general office Administration.
  • Liaising with the external company Accountants
  • Support staff within accounts and administration
  • Invoicing and data entry – Xero software

Skills & attributes:

  • Ideally hold relevant Bookkeeping or accounts qualifications
  • Have excellent communication skills (Written and verbal)
  • Work with a diverse range of duties within accounts and admin
  • Strong computer literacy including Excel, Word, and Outlook and ability to learn new systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Xero software is essential
