Aufgaben

• Lead and develop assigned team members in line with Endress+Hauser culture, values, and Leadership Competency Model.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Kaizen) with a focus on process optimization, efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Own and coordinate production layout planning, ensuring optimal material flow and alignment with industrialization and operational requirements.
• Ensure cross–value stream alignment and collaboration across functions and global subsidiaries.
• Drive structured complaint management with root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.
• Manage production-supporting functions and ensure operational continuity through coordination with Purchasing and Production Planning.
• Ensure availability of resources (machines, manpower, infrastructure) to support stable operations.
• Drive planning ownership including manpower, CAPEX, and OPEX planning.
• Provide manufacturing input for new product development with design for manufacturing (DFM).
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safe operations with emphasis on occupational safety and product specifications.
