Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience with MES systems and L3 integration in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Critical Manufacturing MES (certification is an advantage).
• Basic understanding in TypeScript and C# and good knowledge of T-SQL.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Team player with intercultural competence and experience in international collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Engage with key users to understand business needs, challenges, and goals.
• Contribute to the development of domain strategies, roadmaps, and processes.
• Define and document domain-specific processes, policies, and standards.
• Support IT projects and domain initiatives from planning to execution.
• Customize and continuously enhance MES systems based on user and business requirements.
• Deliver technical support and conduct training for key users and stakeholders.
• Analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Ensure continuous improvement and cost-efficient, sustainable system design.
