Zusammenfassung

ACH Solution GmbH seeks a trainee measurement technician to join the metrology department. You will learn to conduct inspections of standard parts and incoming goods using manual tools and a CNC CMM, and to document results in Excel.

You will contribute to metrology automation initiatives and support spare parts management while collaborating in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifikationen

• Strong numerical sense and ability to interpret measurement values.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Basic English writing skills are sufficient for reporting.

Our established team is fully committed to providing a comprehensive introduction to all aspects of metrology and promoting in-depth understanding.

Your tasks

• Carrying out internal standard parts inspections and incoming goods inspections using manual measuring equipment and a CNC coordinate measuring machine
• Creating measurement reports and documents in Excel
• Measurements of various components and LSR articles on a CNC coordinate measuring machine
• Advancing the metrological automation of standard parts
• Active integration into spare parts management and measuring equipment management
• Interface to support major metrological projects

Requirements

• Full-time position
• Completed military service
• Completed training in the metal or plastics sector or comparable qualification
• Careful and independent way of working, as well as team player and sociable
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic English writing skills
• No problem with numbers and measured values
