Anton Paar seeks a Management Trainee (m/f/x) to the General Manager Operations. You will gain broad insights across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Process & Quality Management, IT and Legal Services and contribute to strategic and operational topics.

You will take ownership of work packages, support implementation, and rotate through teams to build hands-on experience. The program emphasizes leadership development and international assignments.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Information Technology, or a degree from a technical college (HTL) - in either case complemented by knowledge of business administration.
• Initial experience in an industrial, technology-driven, or international business environment through internships, project work, or a first professional role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured and independent working style.
• Hands-on mentality, strong execution skills, and a high level of ownership.
• Business acumen and affinity for digital tools, data analysis, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Work closely with the General Manager Operations and gain hands-on experience across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Process & Quality Management, IT and Legal Services.
• Contribute to strategic and operational projects and actively support their implementation.
• Take ownership of your own work packages and sub-projects, with increasing responsibility over time.
• Get close to our operations, analyze processes and data, identify improvement potential and help turn ideas into practical solutions.
• Work directly with different teams and functions to move topics forward and ensure effective implementation.
• Prepare analyses, presentations and decision documents for the General Manager Operations and other senior stakeholders.
• Support the General Manager Operations in day-to-day business as well as strategic and organizational topics.
• Participate in targeted training and development activities to prepare for future management responsibilities.
