From our Brisbane head office, we coordinate production, logistics and support for our regional offices in the USA, UK and Germany. We are a small but highly capable team that values innovation, efficiency and delivering exceptional service to our global network.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Logistics Manager to oversee the end-to-end logistics, inventory management, and production flow of our Brisbane operations, while coordinating inventory and supply across our international offices.
This is a hands‑on, leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys process optimization, and can balance both operational and strategic responsibilities. You will work closely with our production, sales, support and administrative teams to ensure timely delivery of systems and parts to customers and regional offices worldwide.
Process domestic and international system sales, stock transfers, and incoming/outgoing parts orders.
Coordinate freight bookings, imports/exports, customs documentation, and compliance requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of domestic and international shipping, customs, duty, and dangerous goods regulations.
Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Manage stock levels across our Australian, US, German and UK offices to meet sales and service demands.
Forecast parts and system requirements to support production and global supply.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure effective inventory control systems.
Liaise with suppliers on lead times, deliveries and supply issues.
Lead and support the Australian production and assembly team.
Plan and schedule production to meet sales forecasts and stock replenishment needs.
Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing, quality control, and workflow processes.
Ensure a safe, organised and efficient production environment.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse or distribution management.
Strong knowledge of domestic and international freight processes and compliance.
Demonstrated experience in inventory management.
Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and support small teams.
Strong organizational, planning and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Process‑oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
Knowledge of WHS requirements within a small warehouse or production facility.
