Right now, we’re seeking an experienced Logistics & Fulfilment Manager to lead that transformation; someone who brings structure, foresight, and innovation to the way we fulfil our orders and communicate with customers.
This role oversees both our onsite warehouse and our fulfilment team, ensuring every order is processed accurately, dispatched on time, and communicated clearly from start to finish. You’ll also manage direct‑ship orders, coordinating with suppliers to ensure customers receive what they expect, when they expect it.
Over the next few years, you’ll help lead our transformation project, moving from legacy systems to a modern, automated platform that enhances efficiency, consistency, and customer trust across our logistics and fulfilment operations.
This is not a sit‑behind‑the‑desk role. You’ll be working side‑by‑side with your team every day, sharing the workload, supporting fulfilment and warehouse activities, and setting the standard for accuracy, collaboration, and customer focus through your own actions.
