Jobbeschreibung

At Truis, we’re on a mission to modernise how we deliver for our customers, ensuring every order, every interaction, and every experience is seamless and transparent. Right now, we’re seeking an experienced Logistics & Fulfilment Manager to lead that transformation; someone who brings structure, foresight, and innovation to the way we fulfil our orders and communicate with customers.

The Opportunity

This role oversees both our onsite warehouse and our fulfilment team, ensuring every order is processed accurately, dispatched on time, and communicated clearly from start to finish. You’ll also manage direct‑ship orders, coordinating with suppliers to ensure customers receive what they expect, when they expect it.

Over the next few years, you’ll help lead our transformation project, moving from legacy systems to a modern, automated platform that enhances efficiency, consistency, and customer trust across our logistics and fulfilment operations.

This is not a sit‑behind‑the‑desk role. You’ll be working side‑by‑side with your team every day, sharing the workload, supporting fulfilment and warehouse activities, and setting the standard for accuracy, collaboration, and customer focus through your own actions.

What you’ll do
  • Lead and develop a capable team across warehouse operations and order processing and fulfilment.
  • Oversee order fulfilment processes (in‑house and direct‑ship) including order processing, ETA communication, freight cost estimation, delivery coordination, and invoicing.
  • Oversee warehouse processes including goods receipting, storage, and asset custody, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and safety standards are met.
  • Drive the transition from legacy systems to modern, integrated fulfilment platform that support automation and data visibility.
  • Use data and performance insights to identify trends, forecast capacity, and continuously improve processes.
  • Champion a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement aligned with Truis’ values.
What you’ll bring
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics, fulfillment, or customer operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing warehouse operations and fulfilment functions.
  • A hands‑on leadership style, you’re on the floor, in the systems, and directly supporting your team in the daily work.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading or supporting system modernisation projects, ideally moving from manual or legacy processes to automated or integrated platforms. (Desired)
  • Experience in IT distribution, managed services, or customer‑owned asset environments. (Desired)

  • An MVP program where you can win either a dedicated carpark for the month or a fully paid day off.
  • A strong community focus (we’ve donated hundreds of devices to local initiatives and schools).
  • A commitment to sustainability, including measuring and managing our carbon footprint.
  • Fresh fruit delivered twice weekly to keep you fueled.
  • Monthly food trucks to bond over bites.
  • A collaborative environment where you’ll make a real impact.
