Alpinum Solutions is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support a global carve-out and post-acquisition integration for our client, an international ICT company. The role focuses on drafting, negotiating, and managing global vendor and supplier agreements, with an emphasis on commercial and procurement-law matters.

You will advise across the business, handle assignments and novations, and collaborate with procurement, stakeholders, and external counsel in a fast-paced international

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience as Legal Counsel or Commercial Lawyer.
• Strong background in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and vendor agreements.
• Experience supporting procurement and supplier contracting.
• Hands-on experience with contract transitions, including assignments and novations, is highly desirable.
• Exposure to M&A transactions, carve-outs or post-merger integrations is an advantage.
• Excellent English drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to work independently while partnering effectively with business stakeholders.

For our client, an international ICT company, we are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support the legal team during a global carve-out and post-acquisition integration project.
