About the Role

As Leasing Manager, you’ll oversee the leasing process across our rental portfolio, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for both landlords and tenants, while upholding the highest standards of efficiency and professionalism.

  • Managing and overseeing the leasing process from launch, enquiry, opens to preparing paperwork
  • Conducting open inspections and meeting with prospective tenants
  • Managing and processing tenant applications
  • Providing regular feedback and communication to landlords
  • Coordinating marketing, photography and advertising of rental properties
  • Conducting in-going inspection reports
  • Involvement in weekly team meetings
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of market trends and rental pricing
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and promoting the Boffo brand
What You’ll Need:
  • Licensed or eligible to hold an SA Property Management Licence
  • Professional, personable, and an exceptional communicator
  • Highly organised, tech-savvy, and self-motivated

  • In possession of a valid SA driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
