Jobtailor is seeking an Operations Manager for photovoltaic projects across the DACH region. You will oversee end-to-end project management, coordinate subcontractors and partner companies, and plan field deployments for in-house technicians.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in photovoltaics (PV) is required.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Willingness to undertake field/service assignments.
• Excellent German language skills, spoken and written.

Aufgaben

• Operational management of photovoltaic projects across the DACH region.
• End-to-end project management across all project phases.
• Coordination and supervision of subcontractors, technicians and partner companies.
• Scheduling and deployment planning for in-house technicians.
• Monitoring of construction progress, quality and costs.
• Conducting inspections and supporting commissioning.
• Technical analysis and optimization of plant performance.
• Liaison with customers, authorities and grid operators.
• Ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
