TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a Team Leader PLC Programming (m/w/d) in Austria to lead a skilled team of PLC programmers, vision and robotics engineers.

You will drive development and implementation of special-purpose machinery and testing systems across international projects. You will manage complex automation initiatives from concept through commissioning, collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure profitability, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Previous people management responsibility or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in PLC programming, preferably Beckhoff.
• Automation and plant engineering experience desirable.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Category B driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of 6 specialists including PLC programmers and vision/robotics engineers.
• Plan and manage software and machine/system concepts.
• Coordinate project scope and tasks with other departments.
• Ensure profitability, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Serve as main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate external programmers and develop PLC programs & visualization systems.
• Commission special-purpose machines and testing systems.
