whataventure is looking for a Junior Marketing Manager who can connect content and growth marketing to strengthen our brand positioning and support our client projects across B2B and B2C.

You will combine content creation, SEO, paid channels, outreach, and brand management to turn ideas into action, while analyzing results and continually sharpening AI‑driven workflows in a fast‑moving startup setting in Vienna.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of experience in content/brand and growth marketing.
• Hands-on with paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
• Experience using AI tools for content generation and performance marketing.
• German and English language skills; Italian a plus.

Aufgaben

• Content marketing: create content, ghostwrite articles/newsletters, SEO/geo-optimised; produce visual assets and manage website.
• Growth/performance marketing & automation: support setup of ads across channels; run AI-driven market and keyword analysis; optimize customer journeys.
• Outreach: define messages, manage audiences, and co-steer campaigns for direct outreach – using agentic workflows.
• Brand management: manage brand assets across touchpoints along the customer journey.
• Analysis & evaluation: prepare analyses and learnings from channels; improve AI skills.
