Zusammenfassung

Andermatt Swiss Alps AG is seeking a qualified finance professional for our Austrian accounting team. You will manage payment runs, process supplier invoices, and handle intercompany transactions in a dynamic, international environment.

You bring a commercial apprenticeship and 1–3 years in accounting, strong Excel skills, and fluency in German and English. After onboarding, you can work from home one day per week in a collaborative role with scope across AP and GL.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent; further education in Finance & Accounting is an advantage
• 1-3 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally with accounts payable and general accounting
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Good written and spoken German and English skills (minimum B2 level)
• Strong numerical skills and a precise, structured approach to work

Aufgaben

• Prepare and process payment runs and monitor outstanding supplier invoices
• Process accounts payable invoices and expense claims
• Handle and reconcile intercompany transactions between group companies
• Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, supporting documents, and payments
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and independently investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Support Accounts Payable and General Ledger activities
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation of accounting records
• Support internal and external audits and provide the required documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, processes, and policies
