Tasks

• You support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (IFRS) for our European locations
• You will be involved in financial planning, forecasting and budgeting
• You carry out analyses, prepare reports and create variance analyses
• You support the reconciliation and control of payroll data with HR
• You process official reports (e.g. statistical surveys, payroll-related taxes)
• You will be involved in internal and external audits and the documentation of business processes
• You work in project controlling, in the digital development of processes and in Group-wide initiatives
• You are responsible for VAT, corporate income tax and many other European taxes
• You are the contact person for internal departments on financial topics

Requirements

• You have a degree in business administration, accounting, finance or controlling or have some professional experience or internships in accounting, controlling or auditing
• You are interested in international topics, especially in the European corporate environment
• You have good knowledge of MS Excel, initial experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage
• You think analytically, work in a structured manner and show a high degree of initiative
• You have a good command of written and spoken English
• You are extremely reliable, have integrity and are willing to take on responsibility
