Qualifikationen

Would you like to play a pivotal role in bringing new RedBull flavours to the worldwide market? This is your chance!

In this exciting position, you’ll design, manage, drive, and implement beverage recipes and concepts at lab scale to enhance and improve RedBull’s worldwide product portfolio. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire process—from lab-scale experimentation to seamless integration into production. Additionally, you’ll manage and track your projects independently, ensuring they align with RedBull’s high standards of quality and innovation.

PRODUCT INNOVATION & DEVELOPMENT

You’ll support the development of new and existing products, ensuring they meet specific regional preferences and production stability requirements. Additionally you’ll organize and participate in product tasting sessions to refine and perfect flavor profiles. Mentoring the product portfolio throughout its lifespan, focusing on stability evaluation, product profiling, modifications, and sensory verification are also part of this position.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

You’ll organize and document development projects, maintain clear and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders and at the same time stay informed about the latest research and advancements in beverage innovation to enhance strategic decision-making and innovation efforts.

PROCESS OPTIMIZATION

In this role you’ll plan, evaluate, and execute lab trials, ensuring all processes are thoroughly documented and yield valuable insights. You’ll also share responsibility for validating, maintaining, and optimizing lab equipment to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Scouting and sourcing new, innovative ingredients to ensure RedBull’s products remain dynamic, distinctive, and high-quality as well as establishing sensory and technical standards to ensure consistent production of premium beverages will also be withing your responsibility. You’ll proactively seek opportunities to optimize development processes for enhanced quality and efficiency.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Additionally you’ll offer ideas and execute strategies to ensure RedBull’s beverage innovation standards remain ahead of emerging trends and industry benchmarks.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • Fluent in English, German is merital
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science, food engineering, food chemistry or similar, alternatively, you bring a qualification in this field with relevant professional experience or further education (e.g. Technician)
  • First professional experience in analytical measurements & product development
  • Of advantage is experience in specification management and sensory science
  • Very good communication skills, open minded and the ability to quickly adapt to new circumstances

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2195 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
