Zusammenfassung

IQ-EQ in Austria seeks an AML/KYC Analyst to conduct reviews and prepare investor files for individuals, companies, trusts, foundations, and regulated entities. You will ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements throughout onboarding, liaise with auditors and compliance teams, and support a smooth, client-focused process.

Requirements include a recent economics or finance degree and 0–1 year AML/KYC experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master in Economics or Finance (recent graduate).
• 0–1 year AML/KYC or Compliance experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or German is advantageous.
• Self-motivated team player.

Conduct AML/KYC reviews and prepare investor files for various entity types, including Individuals, Companies, Trusts, Foundations, and Regulated Entities. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards throughout the onboarding process. Liaise with auditors, AIFMs, depositaries, compliance teams, and management to collect, review, and follow up on KYC documentation. Perform screening, filing, and verification of KYC records, while managing and responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders. Build strong client relationships, identify process improvement opportunities, and contribute to an efficient and customer-focused onboarding experience.

Bachelor/Master degree in Economics or Finance - recently graduated

0-1 year experience in AML/KYC or Compliance is a great asset

Fluent in English, any other language will be considered as an advantage (French and German in particular);
