Magna International in Weikersdorf am Steinfeld sucht eine/n IT-Support-Mitarbeiter/in zur Betreuung des internen Supports, Analyse, Behebung und Dokumentation von technischen Problemen. Sie arbeiten im 1st/2nd-Level-Support für Clients im Entwicklungs- und Produktionsbereich (IT/OT).

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Administration der IT-Infrastruktur (Client-Hardware, mobile Endgeräte, Drucker, Telefonie) sowie Mitwirkung an internen IT-Projekten.

Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung im IT-Support und Ticket-Systemen
• Gute Deutsch- und ggf. Englischkenntnisse
• Analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Aufgaben

• Betreuung des internen IT-Supports mittels Analyse, Behebung und Dokumentation von technischen Problemen und Anfragen
• 1st und 2nd Level Support für Clients im Entwicklungs- und Produktionsbereich (IT / OT)
• Administration und Konfiguration der IT-Infrastruktur (Client Hardware, mobile Endgeräte, Drucker, Telefonie, etc.)
• Unterstützung bei der Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur für Server, Netzwerk, Produktionsanlagen und dessen Steuerungssysteme
• Durchführung oder Mitwirkung bei internen IT-Projekten, inkl. Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management im Rahmen operativer IT/OT-Prozesse
• Optimierung und Mitentwicklung neuer kreativer IT-Lösungen mit innovativen Technologien
