Zusammenfassung

TGW Logistics is seeking a Solution Designer in the retrofit division to serve as the central contact for projects, working with sales to develop expansion and intralogistics concepts for existing customers.

You will support customers on technical solutions related to material flow and system design, acting as a partner throughout the project lifecycle and maintaining ongoing contact with the customer’s technical and operational teams.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical training in automation technology, mechatronics or mechanical engineering.
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in intralogistics.
• Experience in process design and functional specifications.
• Understanding of complex processes and interfaces.
• Team-oriented, customer-focused and solution-driven work style.
• Excellent German and English communication; strong self-organization and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and evaluate customer processes and requirements.
• Develop intralogistics systems based on data analysis.
• Plan material flow and system design.
• Collaborate with sales engineer on optimal mechatronic solutions.
• Create expansion or modernization concepts.
• Assess feasibility, budget, proposals and presentations to customers.
• Maintain ongoing contact with customer technical and operations teams.
