GE Vernova Gas Power Heavy-Duty New Units (HDNU) delivers complex new power plant projects around the world. Project management sits at the centre of value creation for its customers by managing safety, quality, delivery, and cost through cross-functional collaboration during project execution.
Within the Project Centre of Excellence (PCOE), the Cost Management Intern will support the HDNU cost analyst team in advancing AI initiatives to strengthen cost management across project execution. Working closely with cost analysts, AI experts and operational leaders across the Project CoE organization, the intern will gain hands-on experience in applying AI and digital tools to real business challenges.
This role is designed for individuals with a strong interest in artificial intelligence and analytics, who wants to build practical experience at the intersection of project management, digital transformation, and large-scale energy projects. The intern will contribute to ongoing initiatives while also taking ownership of selected smaller-scale solutions, supporting the implementation and adoption of AI-enabled tools that improve decision-making, risk visibility, and performance.
