Qualifikationen

• Currently studying or recently graduated in computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
• Interest in Microsoft 365, AI-assisted tooling, and low-code / productivity platforms.
• Analytical mindset with an eye for usage data and optimization potential.
• Hands-on and curious – keen to build Copilot Studio skills and deliver real use cases.
• Good communication skills for gathering requirements together with business departments.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Test M365 Copilot functionality and newly released features.
• Analyze usage – adoption, usage patterns, and optimization potential.
• Support the configuration of M365 Copilot.
• Take over user enablement from the external partner once their project ends.
• Sharpen and flesh out several use cases, including requirements gathering with the business departments.
• Implement the use cases technically, including the integration of systems via MCP.
• Build up Copilot Studio know-how as an internal capability.
• Document use cases and platform configurations in Confluence.
