Inventory Team Managers – Brisbane DC

We’ve been engaged by a major national distribution business to help them find an Inbound Team Managers for their high-performing Brisbane DC for the afternoon shift.

This is an ideal opportunity for experienced Inventory or Warehouse Supervisors who are ready for that next step — your first big break into management. If you’ve been leading teams, owning processes, and itching for more responsibility, this is your time.

About the roles:

You’ll be stepping into a key leadership position, managing a small team of four and owning all aspects of their inbound operation — these roles put you at the heart of a high-volume, fast-paced operation.

Afternoon Shift – lead the team through the second half of the day

What you’ll be doing:

Managing receipt of goods and put-away processes.

Coordinating team workloads based on incoming shipments.

Ensuring accurate system receipting and documentation.

Liaising with transport and scheduling teams for inbound planning.

Monitoring delivery SLAs and resolving non-compliance issues.

What we’re looking for:

You’ve been a supervisor or team leader in a warehouse or DC environment — and you’re ready for the next step

Solid understanding of inbound processes and WMS

A proactive mindset and a passion for coaching and supporting your team

Strong communication skills and a sharp eye for detail

Comfortable being the after-hours contact for emergencies (on rotation)
