Qualifikationen

• Ongoing studies in IT or business with relevance to compliance.
• Strong communication and teamwork, with initiative and planning skills.
• Reliable, independent working with systems.
• Excellent English; CEE language a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support experts in maintaining the compliance monitoring system to prevent insider trading and market manipulation.
• Document adherence to compliance regulations within Erste Group.
• Maintain and update watch and restricted lists.
• Data management and data analysis as well as project work.
• Create and maintain Power Automate workflows.
• Implement AI use cases.
