This position is part of the Solutions business (SolCo) within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH, as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.

What You Bring

• You’re currently studying HR, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
• You have gained some first practical experience in HR through internships, working student positions, university projects, or similar opportunities
• You enjoy working with data and love solving problems
• You’re curious, detail‑oriented, and like finding out how things work
• You feel comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint
• You have an interest in people, HR, and turning data into insights
• You can work independently but also enjoy collaborating with others
• You communicate confidently in English. Additional languages are a plus
• Most importantly: you’re eager to learn, grow, and contribute from day one
