Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in banking or financial services with senior leadership experience in product management.
• Proven experience holding a Delegated Lending Authority (DLA) of $5M with demonstrated track record.
• Strong attention to detail with superior written, report presentation and verbal communication.

• Lead and manage the Credit and Loan Application department across Australia and the Philippines.
• Drive efficiency, compliance, and robust risk management across lending operations.
• Manage third-party vendors supporting the loan origination process.
