Sentinel Property Group is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Head of Funds Management to steward the performance, growth and strategic delivery of our national fund portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this executive role is central to shaping investment outcomes, driving value for investors, and guiding the performance of the Asset Management, Capital Transactions and Development divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic and operational performance of Sentinel’s investment funds across their full lifecycle
  • Drive medium- and long-term growth initiatives with the CEO and COO
  • Oversee delivery from Asset Management, Capital Transactions and Development teams to maximise fund returns
  • Evaluate market conditions, investment opportunities and risk to inform fund strategy
  • Maintain strong investor confidence through transparent engagement and reporting
  • Support capital-raising initiatives where required in partnership with the Head of Clients & Capital
  • Ensure governance, regulatory compliance and internal approval frameworks are upheld
  • Monitor AUM performance, financial modelling and analytics to optimise decision‑making
Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years’ experience in real estate investment or funds management with a proven track record of performance
  • Strong strategic leadership capability with experience managing senior multidisciplinary teams
  • Deep technical knowledge across financial modelling, portfolio management, capital transactions and value‑add projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the presence to influence investors and internal leaders
  • Understanding of fund structures, compliance, governance and risk management within real‑estate investment environments
