Are you ready to redefine business development in engineering?
SOTO is seeking a dynamic, future-focused Head of Business Development to drive our growth using the latest in AI, GenAI, and digital sales enablement.
What you’ll do
- Lead our go-to-market strategy with AI-powered tools (LLMs, Copilot, HubSpot AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Apollo/Outreach)
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline using predictive analytics, intent data, and automation
- Champion digital transformation and experiment with new approaches to prospecting, content creation, and customer engagement
- Collaborate across technical and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions for clients in heavy industry, mining, energy, defence, transport, and more
Who you are
- 5+ years’ experience in revenue-generating roles or demonstrable high-impact results in modern B2B growth
- Skilled communicator with strong interpersonal and collaborative leadership abilities, adept at building strong client relationships, engaging stakeholders effectively, and maintaining a consistently client-focused approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related field
- High Level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP Systems
- Fluent in digital sales, social selling, and AI-enabled outreach
- Passionate about continuous learning and challenging the status quo
- Skilled in CRM, marketing automation, and data analytics platforms
