AGRANA Group, headquartered in Austria, is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive digital marketing performance across the group from our Vienna site. The role focuses on optimizing websites, social channels and newsletters, and supports activation of marketing initiatives across customer touchpoints.

You will lead cross-channel campaigns, coordinate with divisional teams and Corporate Communications, and aim to improve traffic, engagement and conversions with a data-driven approach.

Qualifikationen

• Completed higher education in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications or a comparable role.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
