WhatAVenture GmbH seeks a Junior Marketing Manager to connect content, growth marketing, and performance strategies to strengthen brand positioning across B2B and B2C. You will craft AI-assisted content, manage campaigns, and refine customer journeys while collaborating across channels and touchpoints.

The role emphasizes a generalist approach with a bias towards one area, a willingness to learn, and fluency in German and English (Italian a plus).

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of relevant experience in content/brand and growth marketing, startup-style generalist.
• Basic performance marketing knowledge with hands-on paid channels experience (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Knowledge of the innovation and venturing space.
• Basic Adobe skills.
• Precise use of language and ability to judge AI-created content.
• Storytelling know-how and ability to translate a narrative into content pieces.
• Experience with Mailchimp, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Notion, Zapier, Claude.
• Fluent German and English language skills; Italian is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Create content such as posts, articles, and newsletters using AI with SEO/GEO optimization.
• Support growth and performance marketing across paid channels and automation; analyze AI-driven market/keyword data and optimize customer journeys.
• Define outreach messaging and manage audiences for campaigns.
• Manage brand assets and apply them across the customer journey touchpoints.
• Analyze channel performance and derive learnings to improve AI skills.
