Requires 8+ years in warehouse/engineering strategy, strong analytics, and experience with fleet cost reduction. English is essential; Spanish/Portuguese preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of professional experience in warehouse capacity planning, industrial engineering, or related fields.
• Experience managing or optimizing material handling equipment fleets (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Strong experience utilizing telematics platforms and fleet analytics to drive improvements.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in reporting and dashboards (Power BI or similar).
• Experience influencing stakeholders across functions and regions in a global org.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead global strategy for warehouse fleet optimization across owned and leased equipment.
• Use telematics/data to improve asset utilization and productivity.
• Conduct fleet rightsizing through benchmarking and future planning.
• Identify opportunities to reduce fleet costs and improve TCO.
• Evaluate CAPEX requests and align with Global Finance policies.
• Collaborate with Global Procurement and suppliers to improve performance and costs.
• Support fleet initiatives aligned with warehouse productivity and excellence.
• Maintain global technical specs for equipment with Safety/Warehouse teams.
