HITACHI ENERGY LTD in Zurich, Switzerland, invites a Tendering and Quotation Specialist to join our MICAFIL bushing factory team. You will translate customer needs into competitive bids, collaborate with sales, engineering, legal and internal stakeholders, and ensure timely, compliant submissions.

Fluency in English is required; German is a plus. A technical or commercial education and at least three years in tendering, pricing, or bid coordination in an industrial setting are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Technical or commercial education background.
• At least 3 years of tendering, quotation preparation, price calculation, or bid coordination.
• Proven experience in formulating accurate bids and quotations.
• Strong understanding of tender processes, contractual terms, and commercial aspects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tender management tools.

Aufgaben

• Analyze RFQs and tender documents to understand client requirements and scope.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, legal, and internal teams to gather information and costs.
• Develop comprehensive tender and quotation documents with technical proposals and commercial offers.
• Ensure submissions are accurate, complete, and timely.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and negotiations as needed.
• Maintain records of tender activities and improve templates and processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for optimal solutions and clear communication with customers.
