• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain management, including warehouse and transportation management, logistics, and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• GXP experience and clinical supply chain distribution knowledge are essential.
• Experience with Supplier Relationship management, negotiations, and industry best practices.

• Oversee and optimize the distribution network for global clinical trials (>100k shipments/year).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement the chapter strategy.
• Manage distribution costs and drive standardization and optimization of processes.
• Support continuous improvements and a shift toward a self-managed team.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and GCP standards.
