Zusammenfassung

Red Bull seeks a Transformation Consultant to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects in sales and business applications with a strong emphasis on analytics and AI enablement. You will coordinate scope, budgets, timelines, quality, and external partners across IT, Sales, Data, and regional teams.

You will partner with IT, data, and analytics teams to design end-to-end architectures using cloud platforms and data lakes, driving standardized global sales processes with technology.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in CS/Business Admin or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
• At least 4 years in IT with focus on sales, business analysis, and project management in FMCG.
• Strong PM skills with end-to-end delivery of business applications.
• Experience with data platforms/cloud tech (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure) and SAP S/4/CRM/MDG a plus.
• Ability to work in an international cross-functional team.
• Willingness to learn and contribute with a proactive, customer‑oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional international projects in sales and business applications with analytics/AI enablement.
• Coordinate scope, budget, timelines, quality, and external teams/partners.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders at HQ IT, HQ Sales, and local subsidiaries; manage vendors and delivery teams.
• Act as trusted advisor on transformation, analytics strategy, and AI opportunities for sales and commercial functions.
