Zusammenfassung

Schurter AG in Luzern seeks an IMS & Documentation Manager to shape and advance our global Integrated Management System and documentation governance. You will harmonize processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead certification activities across SCHURTER sites.

The role requires a technical degree, strong quality management experience in serial production, and fluency in German and English. SAP and MS Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a technical field combined with extensive experience in quality management within serial production.
• Strong command of German and English.
• Certification in Quality and Process Management and experience as an ISO 9001 auditor.
• Knowledge of quality management methods such as 8D, APQP, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 or ISO 27001 is an advantage.
• Experience with digital documentation management systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead and continuously develop the global Integrated Management System (IMS) and Documentation Management function.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements across all SCHURTER sites.
• Drive the harmonization and continuous improvement of processes, standards and documentation.
• Manage and further develop digital documentation management and effective document governance.
• Coordinate certification activities and ensure ongoing certification readiness.
• Support the implementation and further development of relevant management systems and quality standards.
• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to promote operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
