Zusammenfassung

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Global Lead HR Operations to design and implement the future HR Operations operating model, spanning payroll delivery and HR systems harmonization. You will manage the TSA Exit Program, drive governance, and lead an international team across multiple regions to deliver a best-in-class service framework.

Qualifikationen

Minimum of 10 years of global HR Operations, Payroll, and HR transformation experience.
Proven leadership of international teams and complex programs.
Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and HR service delivery.

Aufgaben

Design and implement the future-state HR Operations operating model and service delivery framework.
Lead the global TSA Exit Program for HR Operations and Payroll.
Drive payroll vendor consolidation and HR systems harmonization across regions.
Ensure ongoing delivery during transition and governance over KPIs and controls.
Build and lead a high-performing international Payroll/HR Operations team.
Drive automation, system integration, and AI-enabled HR solutions.
