The Clinical Trial Liaison (CTL) at The Medical Affairs Company (TMAC) will serve as the local field-based representative for global development programs. You will provide regional insights for site feasibility, recruitment strategies, and investigator engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of industry and/or CRO experience.
• Oncology clinical trial experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and local language.
• Working knowledge of ICH/GCP.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Provide country/regional operational insight into site feasibility and recruitment strategy.
• Participate in Clinical Study Team Meetings and Quality Review Meetings with input on operational issues.
• Attend investigator meetings and monitor workshops/training.
• Support site visits with investigator staff or CROs; report on feasibility, startup, enrolment or site issues.
• Review, document, and follow up on investigator site issues with metrics tracking.
• Provide sponsor regional operational support and act as escalation point for sites.
• Participate in Regulatory GCP inspections or audits at investigator sites.
• Complete administrative tasks per SOPs including field activity documentation and expense reporting.
• Manage travel and local expenses per sponsor and TMAC policies.
