About the Role

As General Manager – Property Management, you will be responsible for the overall performance, culture and strategic direction of the Property Management department.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and inspiring a high-performing Property Management team
• Implementing their change from a task based process to a pod-style process
• Driving performance, operational efficiency and service standards
• Overseeing the Trust accounts
• Working closely with the Directors to execute strategic growth initiatives
• Implementing and refining systems, processes and best practices
• Coaching, mentoring and developing team members at all levels
• Championing a positive, collaborative and accountable culture
