Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for a strategic, commercially sharp, operations savvy General Manager to take ownership of the Asia Pacific region.

Key responsibilities
Lead and manage the Asia Pacific region, overseeing manufacturing, sales, distribution, and a team of approximately 40.
Develop, execute, and monitor strategic growth plans to deliver revenue, margin, and market-share objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, fabricators, OEM partners, and major key accounts.
Oversee manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, inventory management, labour planning, and cost optimisation.
Drive continuous improvement, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and ensure operational excellence.
Manage budget, resource planning, and full P&L accountability for the region.
Lead with an engaged, hands‑on, people‑first approach—developing capability, culture, and performance within the team
What You Bring
Minimum 5 years’ senior leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial products, building materials, or engineered solutions.
Proven success leading both sales and operations teams—ideally with exposure to architects, engineers, the construction sector, or OEM manufacturing.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing full profit and loss responsibility.
Demonstrated ability to build long‑term client relationships and influence customer strategy.
Asia experience—selling into or managing operations in Asian markets—is highly advantageous.
