Wienerberger AG in Vienna is seeking an experienced SAP BI Business Partner for Finance to lead data models and analytics solutions. You will translate finance requirements into scalable reporting and collaborate with BI, SAP and IT teams to deliver end-to-end BI delivery.

The role requires strong knowledge of finance processes, data governance, and the ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in SAP BI, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, or comparable data modeling and BI technologies.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and requirements, ideally in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in data modeling, data governance, and analytical solution design.
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and visualize data using BI tools (e.g., SAP BW, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau).
• Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives within Finance.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, PMI).

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop SAP BI data models and analytics solutions for Finance
• Translate Finance requirements into scalable, high-quality reporting and data models
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability for decision-making
• Act as a technical partner for Finance stakeholders, translating needs into specifications
• Collaborate with BI, SAP, and IT teams on architecture, data flows, and solution design
• Support end-to-end BI delivery, including analysis, design, testing, and deployment
• Improve existing reporting solutions based on feedback and business needs
• Contribute to Finance digitalization and data initiatives
• Provide actionable insights to support decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement of data models and analytics approaches
• Stay current with SAP BI and analytics technologies and promote useful innovations
