Lead Group Healthcare is seeking a Facility Manager for a medium sized Residential Aged Care Facility located in Brisbane, local to Brendale in the northern suburbs of Brisbane.

Manage a beautiful home with a values driven organisation. You will have excellent support from both line management and your clinical leadership team comprising of Clinical Care Managers, CCC, Quality and Education Manager and an AN-ACC Coordinator.

The successful candidate will have strong operational and stakeholder management skills with excellent business acumen and the ability to lead a team effectively and provide oversight to the facilities daily running and ongoing success, creating an environment where staff love to work and residents love to live!
