Interdisciplinary Transformation University (IT:U) in Linz, Austria, seeks a House Technician (f/m/d) to ensure facilities run smoothly, care for technical systems, and perform repairs. You will also assist at the front desk and in hospitality when needed to support operations.

You will perform repairs, manage building services, coordinate office moves, support vendor coordination, and help with space planning.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical apprenticeship with hands-on experience.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Team player with a hands-on mentality and flexibility.
• Fluent English and German at least B1.
• Valid Austrian driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Repair and maintenance of building services and technical systems.
• Coordinate facility management tasks (scheduling, vendor coordination, documentation).
• Assist with office projects (interior builds; space/workplace planning).
• Coordinate office moves and workstation reconfigurations.
