ALPLA Group in Austria seeks a dedicated ERP & Supply Chain Support Specialist to assist employees, managers and stakeholders, ensuring smooth daily processes. You will handle requests, keep systems up to date, and coordinate projects with a structured approach and clear communication.

Travel within Austria is expected, and you will grow by implementing process improvements in logistics, planning, material management, and master data while collaborating across PLANTS to enhance ERP capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• First experience with ERP systems and basic understanding of supply chain management.
• Builds strong relationships and communicates effectively with different stakeholders.
• Takes ownership of tasks and delivers accurate results with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel within Austria.
• Communicates confidently in English and German in an international environment.
• Adapts quickly to new digital tools and technologies.

Aufgaben

• Independently familiarize yourself with new technologies to be able to apply and train improvements to the current system
• Collaborate with employees from different departments in three ALPLA plants
• Coordinate and conduct regular employee training regarding updates and enhancements to the ERP system
• Record, control, and evaluate changes within the ERP system environment to ensure stable operations
• Understand processes, independently implement process improvements in the areas of logistics, planning, material management, and master data
• Introduce new supply chain processes and ERP systems and provide first level support for them
