Zusammenfassung

CeMM Research Center for Molecular Medicine of the Austrian Academy of Sciences in Vienna invites outstanding postdocs to join a 3 to 6 year program designed to develop future scientific leaders and ERC Starting Grant candidates.

Selected candidates will join CeMM or St. Anna CCRI groups, work on cancer, immunology, and translational biology, and receive extensive career development, leadership training, and opportunities to collaborate with hospital and industry partners.

Qualifikationen

• You must hold a PhD (or will have been awarded by start) and defense date no earlier than 2024.
• At least one first-author publication by the time of starting the postdoc program.

Aufgaben

• Postdocs will join CeMM or St. Anna CCRI research groups for 3–6 years to address ambitious biomedical questions across cancer, immunology, chemical biology, epigenetics, metabolism, and aging. The program includes extensive career development and leadership training.
• Selected candidates will contribute to translational research and participate in activities to foster ERC Starting Grants as part of career progression.
