Alpin Family GmbH is seeking an Entertainer / Guest Experience Associate to plan and deliver engaging activities for guests in Austria. You will organize events, lead outdoor and wellness sessions, and collaborate with hotel teams to ensure memorable experiences.

The role requires a people-oriented mindset, creativity, and reliability. German and English skills are essential, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifikationen

Your responsibilities:

• Planning and carrying out a varied guest and activity program
• Organizing bingo, quiz, and game nights
• Leading hikes and outdoor activities
• Leading yoga, stretching, or relaxation sessions
• Planning and carrying out seasonal events as well as family and children’s programs
• Actively caring for and entertaining our guests during their stay
• Working closely with the various hotel departments to create an all-around successful guest experience
• Contributing new ideas and creative program activities

What you bring to the table:

• A passion for working with people and an open, positive attitude
• Creativity, initiative, and organizational skills
• A passion for sports, exercise, and outdoor activities
• An independent and reliable work ethic
• Very good German and good English skills; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
• Experience in entertainment, tourism, sports, or event management is a plus, but not required
• Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and holidays
