Zusammenfassung

Novartis is seeking a Technical Project Leader (TPL) to drive a scientifically sound technical CMC strategy for TRD, including budgeting and risk planning. You will lead the CMC team, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and manage external relationships to ensure alignment with TRD objectives.

The role requires an advanced degree in life sciences or engineering, fluency in English, and several years of project leadership experience.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in life sciences or engineering or equivalent is required.
• PhD is desirable for advanced research leadership.
• Minimum 2–3 years of directly related project leadership experience.

Aufgaben

• Strategically plan complex/accelerated projects and align timelines.
• Identify, assess and communicate CMC risks across teams.
• Provide drug development expertise and promote AI in development.
• Lead CMC due diligence assessments for assets in development.
• Interface with CROs, licensors and external partners to drive consensus.
• Demonstrate people leadership and mentoring for junior team members.
