Zusammenfassung

SWARCO is seeking an IT specialist in Tirol to administer Entra ID, manage Exchange/SharePoint/M Teams/OneDrive, and drive Microsoft 365 projects. You will coordinate with business units, implement security policies, and explore automation via Azure Automation and Power Platform.

The role requires a hands-on, analytical mindset, strong communication skills in German and English, and a background in IT education or equivalent experience.

Qualifikationen

• Completed IT education (apprenticeship, HTL, university) or a comparable qualification with equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• PowerShell experience is an advantage.
• Experience working in IT project environments is desirable.
• Analytical and solution‑oriented approach to work.
• Strong service mindset, hands‑on attitude, and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
