AOP Health in Vienna seeks a Digital Transformation Project Manager / Lead to drive the selection and implementation of a new electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) and to support the company’s digital transformation journey. You will bridge business and technology, leading initiatives improving efficiency, compliance and collaboration.

The role emphasizes governance, stakeholder management and delivery of a robust eQMS program across Quality, IT and business units.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Life Sciences, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, consulting or business partnering.
• Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare or medical devices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of GxP and computer system validation is an advantage.
• Experience with eQMS solutions such as Veeva, MasterControl or TrackWise is a plus.
• Structured, proactive and solution‑oriented working style.
