About the Role

As our Despatch / Warehouse Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind back‑of‑house operations, making sure gear flows seamlessly from warehouse to customer. From inbound freight and Click & Collect to inventory control and team leadership, you’ll set the standard for efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day‑to‑day despatch operations, from inbound freight, Click & Collect Picks & Customer Collections to showroom replenishment.
• Champion inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and stock integrity.
• Manage Click & Collect with precision, speed, and compliance.
• Oversee warranty testing and claims processes with clear documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Coach and develop your crew to perform at their best every day.
