A respected independent school in Austria is seeking a Deputy Head of University Campus to provide strategic leadership and enhance student wellbeing and success. This role requires a VIT-registered educator with experience in educational leadership, strong communication skills, and a commitment to child safety. As Deputy Head of University Campus, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a connected, high-performing learning community that nurtures both academic growth and student wellbeing. This is a five-year academic leadership position (1.0 FTE) with an ongoing teaching appointment. The successful candidate will commence Term 1 2026 however a later start can be negotiable.
You will provide strategic and operational leadership across the University Campus, ensuring excellence in learning, wellbeing and school culture. Working closely with the Head of University Campus, you will lead the design, implementation and ongoing evolution of programs that foster student success, wellbeing and belonging.
