Your new role

As Delivery Manager – Strategic Projects, you will lead the execution of key initiatives within the Multi-Class Sustainment business unit. These projects aim to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation, strengthening ASC’s resilience and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement delivery strategies and timelines.
• Align internal teams with project objectives and manage risks.
• Maintain stakeholder engagement and provide clear, actionable reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process enhancements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in Agile (Scrum Master, Product Owner) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) highly regarded.
• Significant experience in senior delivery/project management roles within complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, risk management, quality management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to gain and maintain an Australian Security Clearance.
