Falcon Green in Vienna, Austria seeks an experienced M&E Commissioning Manager to lead on-site commissioning activities for large-scale data centre projects. Reporting to the Commissioning Lead, you will develop and manage the commissioning plan, coordinate with clients and main contractors, and oversee commissioning engineers.

You should have a degree in Engineering and at least five years in commissioning on major industrial, commercial, or mission-critical schemes, with strong knowledge

Qualifikationen

• Degree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Five years+ experience as a Commissioning Manager on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services and commissioning processes.
• Knowledge of European standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead all commissioning activities on site from planning through to project completion.
• Develop, implement and manage the project commissioning plan.
• Oversee and mentor commissioning engineers and other direct reports.
• Manage the commissioning tagging process and ensure procedures are followed.
• Monitor and report commissioning progress to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Chair weekly commissioning meetings and coordinate daily commissioning activities.
• Lead daily whiteboard meetings to drive progress and resolve issues.
• Attend main contractor and client commissioning meetings with regular progress updates.
• Work with project planners to develop and maintain the commissioning programme.
• Ensure all commissioning personnel are recorded on labour trackers.
